Your home "Prime Location Score" is a ranking value based on the relative distance to critical public points of interest. The higher the ranked value, the greater the perceived home value.

We calculate the PriLo score with a Bayesian estimate formula using weighted averages.This will create a more consistent ranking across multiple proximity points.

Local entrepreneur, Robin Cox of Waukesha, Wisconsin maps his way with the release of the first multiple input web based proximity mapping tool. Without the need for any programming whatsoever, a simple visual map is easily and effortlessly created with only a few simple keyboard keystrokes.

The visitor is able to enter a street address that represents the map center. Up to three additional street addresses may be entered to provide a sense of relative distance from the primary first entered map center address. On the click of a button, those desired locations along with public places of interest render pushpins on a scatter map providing spatial proximty awareness. User entered text along with a link to their own web site is proudly displayed inside an info box text balloon activated by a mouse click on that pushpin. It is the first multiple input web mapping tool available, that produces map output for both Google Maps and Virtual Earth.

Multi Address Pushpin Input

The world's first multi address pushpin input map rendering page, that merges results by filtering public content, based on category, rank and distance.

It is now possible to enter several street addresses simultaneously through a web page form. The rendered pushpin output is determined by a map ini file that contains private location, category, visibility, distance and ranking criteria. That private data is merged with available local public data to form a proximity pushpin map. This is a first in Waukesha and Milwaukee County and most likely the world.

Each map type, Google Maps and Virtual Earth will render pushpins of varying categories, each of which may contain corresponding text in a pop-up balloon.

The individual pushpins may be linked to data, usually a web site hyperlink to the accompanying site, searchable at http://metromilwaukee.com/

Individual map tools enable the proximity map owner to create pages that may be incorporated into their own web site.
